Ideal for: Small business owners and managers in small to medium organisations with a sales and marketing responsibility. These workshops are suitable for all product or service based organisations (including the not-for-profit sector) and provide the opportunity to discuss and explore ideas.

Workshop format: Half-day intensive, practical workshops providing you with key activities you can complete back at work.

| Workshop two: Products and competitors | Product development – making sure you have the products/services your customers want, and ensuring that what you offer is better than your competitors. | |
| Workshop three: Offline and online marketing messages | Making sure you develop the right messages and communicate them in the most effective way. | |
| Workshop four: Cunning plans to prepare for success | How to develop a marketing action plan that meets your target customers’ needs. | |
| Keyword research report | Following on from workshop three, an expert analysis of five suitable keywords to support your website’s search engine optimisation success. | |
| Marketing action packs | Full support materials and templates. | |
| Online support | Full email access to the programme facilitators. | |
| 60 minutes of one-to-one mentoring by telephone | Personal telephone support focused on your specific situation and objectives. | |
| Two days of personal mentoring, working directly on your business* | Onsite and offsite support working directly with you on your marketing and business development. |
* This is an optional addition to the main programme, but it may be eligible for funding.

Venue: All Marketing Stimulation workshop sessions will be held at the Eco Innovation Centre, from 9.30am to 1.00pm.

Costs: Marketing Stimulation costs £1,000 plus VAT. The additional two days of one-to-one mentoring are available for an additional cost of £1,000 plus VAT
